my freinds dog got hit in the neck then stoped moving and foaming and having spasms?
my freinds dog jit its neck and cement then started foaming at the mouth and it just fell back on the ground and had spasms. then it tried to walk, but it just dragged its feet what happened?
here is the thing, when anything whether dog or human fall and hit their
neck, if they cannot move their back legs and are foaming it is a sign
of nuerological distress, obviosouly his brain cannot transmit movement to the back legs, usually an idication of paralysis the dogs
needs a vet asap.
if the dog slipped a disk or broke its back one wrong movement can puncture
the spinal cord resulting in instant death, if your friend will not
take the dog to the vet, than he/she can be charged for neglect which
can be considered a felony which will include a huge fine and jail time.
if you friend is an irresponsible person please take the dog to the vet
yourself, and tell the vet you situation the vet should keep the dog,
and contact your friend and rescue groups, for donations.
